In my case I've never had any physical sexual desire. Would I develop a sex drive after starting testosterone?

It's not for certain but likely, I'd say. I already had a high sex drive, pre-T, and it's only gotten higher, as far as I can tell. From what I've seen in other trans guys' blogs and such, developing a sex drive, or at least more of one, is fairly common.

It depends on the person.   Lots of guys find it does increase their libido, but mine stayed about the same.

I had absolutely 0 sex drive before T, and several months that was still true, but then around 4 months I think, my libido skyrocketed, and practically overnight. It' leveled out closer to how it was pre-T.

So it went back to normal before you went on T then? Meaning you went back to 0 sex drive?

Sorry, I wasn't very clear there. I didn't have any sex drive Pre-T, then I started T and it didn't change until about 3-4 months on T where it went very high very quickly. I'm now 9 months on T and it's definitely not back to 0 but it's much lower than it was at the peak. I don't know if it will go to 0 again, but it's definitely not high anymore. Definitely on the lower end.

No, but it did change it. I was fairly sexually active before and had an above average libido. Now, I get excited more often but it takes longer for me to want to have sex. Blaming this partially on bottom dysphoria.

It also made my previously foggy sexual orientation suddenly crystal clear.

I had pretty much no sex drive pre-T but now I have and also understand teenage boys a lot more.

In a way, it's kinda fun.

It took a while for me, but my drive is pretty up there now compared to being almost nonexistent.

I already had a high sex drive, but it has now skyrocketed to the point of being distracting.

I've heard that having higher levels of both estrogen and testosterone in combination leads to higher sex drive. So being a transitioning transmen might lead to being exceptionally horny.

I already used to be quite horny before T. I also believed, that it can't get even "worse" and the story about T raising your sex drive may be only a myth at all.

Once a few months on T passed, I got proven wrong. Also you may suddenly get a bit confused about your sexual orientation. But it surely depends on yourself how T will affect you.

Not to be gross or anything but after a few months on T my sex drive was and it's still through the roof after 2 years. I unfortunately don't have a girlfriend soo (4 years and don't know how I haven't gone completely insane)..gotta take care of business on my own. To be honest I can masturbate at least 2-3 times a day depending on my mood. It use to be once in a blue moon that I would but, now I'm like a damn horny teenage boy. I'm 30..I need to get it together. I'm a mess :p

Also  I agree with the above statement about questioning your sexual orientation. I always thought something was wrong with me because I enjoyed watching women and men. I realized though that dating men is just not my thing. I just don't see men to be as intriguing as women. I love the female form, I love how gentle and soft they are. I like how emotional and stressful they can be. I enjoy a woman that takes pride in herself and her looks. It's just very hot to me . I think I would date a Male to Female depending on how far a long she was on HRT. I have seen some pretty hot looking ladies on here. For me personally I just wouldn't be into touching or taking a "D".

Coming at it from the opposite direction, I used to think about sex every 10 minutes or more. I've learned this is abnormally high for a guy at my age. When I started transitioning to female it dropped to almost nothing at all. But it didn't last. While my sexual appetite seems to be linked with what is going on around me, Its a lot higher than it was during my first 3 months of estrogen. So while T did give me a higher sex drive before estrogen, its still pretty freaking high.

Mine has dramatically increased and has never dropped.  There are times it seems even higher than others.  Honestly, it can be frustrating sometimes when it is constantly present when I am trying to go about my day.

It is yet another one of those things that I have learned is truly biological (see:hormonal) when it comes to testosterone producing/testosterone using men.  Always thinking about sex...yep.

Meaning, yet another thing that cisgender men get a bad rap for when it is really biological.

I haven't noticed my sex drive to go up at all. It's still extremely low, as always.

Mine absolutely blew through the roof. It was high before but now--geez.

I'm asexual.I was on T for 2 months and during that time libido increased but I couldn't define it as "desire to have sex"...that pressure was like I need to scratch myself,a bit irritating because it happened often...few minutes in bathroom and problem solved.Nothing changed in social interactions(except that I less panicked and couldn't cry that easily).I wasn't interested in sexual interactions or sexual topics in conversation..

The affects of this apparently varies. It definitely affected mine. Pre-T my sex drive was barely more than zero, (although it's hard for me to know why. It may have been that way naturally but I was also sexually abused and I was in that relationship for six years so I can't distinguish.)

It took maybe a month or two and it absolutely skyrocketed. I'm 11 months on T now and within the last couple months it's leveled out. It's still higher than it was, but I'm pretty comfortable with it at this point.
