So i've been looking into surgery on getting rid of the monkey appearance I have. I've been looking into a lip lift and brow bone reduction with a brow lift to help reduce those heavy features.

Thinking about jaw/chin surgery as well to fix the squareness. So has anyone here got a lip lift or brow reduction/lift and if so, how did it go?

Been looking to see Dr Z or Speigal, but speigal is rather expensive. Anyone have any experience with Z? If so, how was it? Are you pleased with the results?

I wouldn't give up so quickly plus the site was down for awhile. Secondly I think the title might need adjusting to help gain more attention from others.

It should be titled: Thinking about FFS. Looking at Speigal and Dr. Z. Any experience on the two?

Personally I think your looks has a lot of personality (in a very good sense).

Said that, if you want a completely flat foreahead (sinus removal included) you should go to S. If some burring and some filling is enough, then Z. The liplift simulation may be not completely accurate. Looks like "liplift + lipofilling" to the lip instead of "only liplift". Anyway I think you could benefit a lot from the liplift.

Another point to take into account: Have you thought about "lenghtening" (towards your lip, downwards) your nose? I mean, through collumelar grafts or something like that. Maybe can help a lot to balance the nose with the lip.

Hi, I've had type 3 forehead reconstruction & a lip lift, but not with Dr. Z or Spiegel. Forehead remodeling makes a lot of difference, as the forehead is a major gender cue; I saw one of the pictures you posted with a side view, and I think that you may benefit a lot from this procedure. The lip lift helps to feminize the lower face, and even though it's not a major procedure, it has a significant impact.

I went to Dr. Spiegel about 2 months ago for FFS.  I got all the procedures you're thinking about.  And everything went really well.  My recovery was relatively quick.  I'm so happy with the results (although I wish I had gotten a cheek augmentation or filler as well).  I think you could definitely benefit from a lip lift/jaw/chin work/brow reduction/lift.  If it helps at all, when I went to Dr. S, he included a lip aug with the cost of the lip lift (although I didn't choose to get the lip aug).  I'd definitely recommend him though.  He and his team are really friendly and nice and he does great natural looking work.  But you're right he's expensive.

I've seen some patients who went with Z and they came out with flat forehead which is pretty good. Speigal wants way too muych for my forehead other wise I would've went with him.

Yeah those two parts can make a major difference. I'm just worried how it'll help me with trying to pass.
