Ok, I admit I don't know much about tattoos because I made up my mind pretty early on I didn't want any, but there are many soft flowing tops you might be able to wear that will cover your upper body. I went for years at the office never wearing anything short sleeve at the office because it was just to cold not to have a sweater or jacket available even in the summer. Besides that, sleeveless most of the time is a bad idea for us because it shows our shoulders. I don't have anything sleeveless other than a bikini
Even CIS women are restricted as to what fashions work with there body and any CIS woman can tell you what you will never find in their wardrobe because it looks bad on them.
