I think I am transitioning from a ->-bleeped-<- to a full female.

My current focus is on my boobs, and I trying to enhance them by various means (herbs, electric breast pumps etc.)

I am hoping to induce some lactation, and if I do, it will be a big step in the transformation.

Is this the best forum to discuss such matters?

Are you thinking about getting BA surgery?  Are you considering taking any hormones?

I don't want surgery or hormones.

I am trying to  develop myself with natural stimulation.

I have a dual hospital-grade breast pump, which I use several times a day. Something is working, as my boobs have swelled, so that I now need to wear a bra. I started with a padded A cup, but now I am a floppy B!

If I go out, I place "Nipplefunwear" nipple pumps on my nipples, inside my bra.

There's nothing any more "natural" about taking unregulated herbs than taking actual estradiol via an endocrinologist who can monitor your blood levels.
"What do you think science is? There's nothing magical about science. It is simply a systematic way for carefully and thoroughly observing nature and using consistent logic to evaluate results. Which part of that exactly do you disagree with? Do you disagree with being thorough? Using careful observation? Being systematic? Or using consistent logic?" --Dr. Steven Novella

Which is wonderful, especially the surgery part, but:

Why would you NOT want hormones then?  It helps.. a great deal.  Just trying to understand where you're coming from and what your goals are?
