A few months ago i found this chart on tumblr that listed trans rights by state (hate crime laws, changing name/gender marker on id's, etc.) and i liked it but now its so far back in my likes i cant find it. If you know what i'm talking about, could you link me to it or something similar?

If by state You dont mean states as in the United States of America, but countries (Europe, perhaps?) then You probably wanted the trans rights Europe map and index chart made by the TGEU.
