I am getting dysphoric about a few part of my body as i am waiting for endocrinologist appointment.

I am wondering if the upper part of my hips will fill up with fat or will get some "bone repositionning" once i start hrt.

No bone repositioning, for sure - what's been done during puberty is done and bones plates have sealed themselves by now.
As regards Your first question, if by Your rather delicate choice of wording You essentially meant "will my butt grow bigger and fatter?" then... it is quite likely due to fat redistribution patterns, but might take some time.

Yes, as well as in the "behind" section, providing that You wont think too much about Your daily carb intake

Yes, it should. Bone changes are irrelevant to what other people see; unless a cis woman is *really* skinny it's not her actual pelvic bone that defines her hips. It's fat padding, and one thing HRT does well is add fat to the places we should have curves.

I gained several inches in that area, although it did take a few years.

my starting point is 36 inch hips,  28.5 waist,  36 bust(33 underbust)




i should expect good results? sorry i am really i need of positive minds since the only progress i have is trying to lose muscle mass that i gained from bodybuilding over last 6 years ( -30lbs so far , down from 180 to 150) . Annoying  when you are in wait for the endocrinologist call but you have no idea when the appointment will be.

I have never been on HRT, but nobody says my hip shape is particularly different from GGs.



I just run nearly everyday to keep my waist looking narrow.
Nowadays, I seldom wear pants, and skirts are great for emphasizing the hip line.

I hope for decent looking curves too try a skirt with an empire waist it can help alot

One thing I've found is that some of it is a visual illusion caused by the fact that women's chest/rib cage (as opposed to breasts) is not large by comparison to their hips. Obviously many women do have quite large hips but for many, having those curves is dependent on a slim rib cage. That said, you are quite muscular in the upper torso so you will need to resolve that otherwise any fat deposit in the hip area will not be all that noticeable. And please keep in mind that this process is different for everyone, we can't just look at some pics and say you'll be fine on HRT or not. You won't know until you know and it will take at the very least 12-18 months if not more for anything significant.
