So I wanna buy a packer.
I want to buy the packer gear packer. Right now I have a crocheted packer that serves its purpose but I want one that's not crochet.
I can easily buy the thing myself without anyone knowing, but I'm at a loss for what to say to my nosy family when I get a package and can't/won't tell them what it is since only my mom knows i'm trans

That's literally the one thing that's been stumping me... I've been ordering stuff online a bit more frequently and just ordered an ear stretching kit. Maybe I could write it off as more ear stretching help? IDK haha to you guys who live with your families and are trying to stay on the down low with your packers, what do you do?

And I know that the boxing(like from tranzwear where I want to get it) is discreet, I just don't know what to explain when someone sees the package and is like: OO MEL WHAT DID YOU BUY!?

I too, have a nosy family. What I did was try to track the packages and see approximately what time they would come so I could get to them before any of my family members did. But this is a bit of a risky approach.

You could have it possibly shipped to one of your friend's houses if you want and then just pick it up from them ?

Aside from the good input Maleth put in there, I think if you were unfortunately approached by some nosy fam 'bout what's in yo' package box, I would tell 'em the truth; that its personal...and just walk away. Its the honest truth because this is a personal and private item that would be inappropriate to share its knowledge amongst family with(other than your mom, since you say she knows already, correct?). I feel that if they think they have the right to ask about this then you should have the right to answer them back (truthfully) the way you see fit.

I fear though, the same thing may happen to me when mine gets here too....But I do try to practice what I preach, so to speak, and will do what I just advised/suggested you to.

Thanks!^^ I definitely will take my time the next chance I get to do this. I was so excited from the thought of it and I knew I had just enough money for it. I have to rely on SSI and only get like allowance money($50.00 per month). So I got it the moment I remembered how badly I wanted and am in need of a STP and boxers to hold it right. Cause my dad has avoided takin' me to places like Wal-Mart to get the appropriate attire for any packer. Not too mention, I think I might be strugglin' wit anorexia nervosa now.  🙁 Which means my clothes fallin' off me, lol(nervous laugh). I get so scared that my pants 'll fall off one day only to reveal my 'fake' balls.

I don't know what else to do, other than to save my peanut money to buy some pants offline that's a couple sizes larger than my waistline(for that baggy look without bein' to loose, yo ).

Oh, I don't mind like thrift shops and stuff...its just that I can't go anywhere by car on my own(I only have a permit and really don't know how to drive and I am freakin' 26 ).

This too, is a great idea. Maybe there is cheap clothing stores online, yes?

and you might have a look at ebay.
Sometimes people get clothes gifted and they don't fit for example... I'd just look for good reviews of the seller...

another idea might be local markets... there might be local markets for used clothing once a week or a month, advertised in local papers... I'd also have a look at the seller there... but there might be nice pieces there...

Awesome. I never thought to look at the paper or any of that other stuff. I'm kinda slow for the age I'm at. Please excuse me for that, cause I do recognize that I have not been socialized properly as a kid. Its a long story, haha.

I would prolly have to walk or if I'm lucky, I could catch the bus. I used to have a social worker that could take me to thrift shops to buy clothes and stuff. But I do not go to the facility she work out of no more.

Laura, I could just hug you to death right now, lol.^^ You just gave me the idea of contacting that faciltity to get a social worker again who would be able to do this wit me again. Cause my pops ain't fittin' to help supply me with da man clothes I need, you know.    >.>

Sometimes a service is provided where you can see how far you parcel is along... so you could pick it up as soon as it shows it has arrived

I've been wanting one for awhile, my only reason for really buying it soon is that it's half off right now from tranzwear and 9.95 plus 6 shipping is a lot nicer than 19.95 with 6 shipping. Not sure how long it will stay that way and I dont' really like how mashos or mr. limpys look compared to this one
