Well ... my comment gets this set-up:
My endocrinologist first prescribed DES as six 1 mg tablets each morning. Sometimes I got 'morning sickness'. When / where I was still presenting as male, I could not / did not explain why. Once I transitioned to female, my female co-workers recognised my symptoms and asked me when I was due - thinking I was pregnant, their sentiments unknowingly encouraging me to feel even more female than I could ever imagine.
Those co-workers did not find out because I was working temp assignments that lasted maybe a couple months or so - never enough time to 'show'.
Added to the morning sickness, those symptom must have cued my brain because I frequently experienced night-time dreams of being pregnant on days when I had morning sickness..
