I am in process of finding a doctor for fat transfer. I really like Dr Aslani work in Spain, but I am not sure how trans friendly he is. I didn't feel comfortable telling him I was trans.
On the other hand Dr Cardenas is very trans friendly and has fat transfer to hips and butt listed on his site. Has anybody here undergone liposuction or lipo/ fat transfer with him. What is he like with? How aggressive is he with liposuctions?
Please somebody share experience!

It can be done. Dr Aslani does that. You should just find the right doctor
