Hallo every one I'm Evlin

I am in my mid 30's but have had these feelings about being in the wrong box since I was 12 or so years old,
I'm at a point were I can't ignore how I feel, and there is no local group I can go to.

I accept I can't keep on like this so I'm making a start even if it's in small increments

Welcome to  Susan's place. Not knowing your location is a bit of a problem because sometimes there may be resources available to you that you may not be aware of. On the other hand, Online therapy is now available so it's possible to receive treatment where ever an internet connection exist. When I transitioned, the nearest medical help was about 400 miles way from home so I had no other options that to move where i would be near therapy. That happened to be near Los Angles so I could find work to support my needs.
The question for you is how do you want to proceed. Will cross living work for you or will you need to locate medical care that can provide what you are unable to do yourself. The rate you progress at is up to you. You may change as slow or as fast as you are comfortable with. Just let us know what you need to know and we will see if we can provide it.
