Can I ask you a question then? How do so many pre-op (pre SRS) katoey look so incredibly and beautifully feminine? Is that 'just' from pills, patches and surgery like FRS?

I guess most kateoy are feminine because they start transition and hrt at young age. Like in school or high school. So it's normal to see really feminine boy with boy uniform and boy school haircut in every school. By the time they are 18 they already a girl. Some start at older age too but not many. The popular way of HRT in Thailand is injection and pills.
And may be Asia structure got smaller bone frame. Like when I'm in US I feel that I have average girl height and weight, but when I'm in Thailand, I feel like giant. Btw I think any trans start HRT at the age of 15 would be feminine as well, no need to be Asian.
And for surgery, it's depends, some done alot, some don't. We basically have access to many Male to female info and support society, less complicated process, cheaper hormone supply, and cheaper good surgery. And the surgery habbit of Thai girl is different than the rest, most of them do surgery little by little, like a bit on eyes, a bit on nose later and keep get a bit of surgery done forever, I know a girl who get nose done for 15 times. Not many get full FFS at once.

Another possibility is there are so many trans here, that's why people see alot of nice feminine Thai TS, but there many more Thai trans, probably most of them, have the average look. Not all is beautiful feminine.
