there are phytoestrogens in sesame, soy and linseed products. If you have already sufficient estro levels, they might compete with estro receptors, making for a weaker effect than estro. Normal quantities should be ok, but I'd avoid larger quantities.
A weak masculinizing effect is said to come from carbonated drinks, and carbs. So eating vegetables, in a healthy variety, might help.
