as for those worried about looking too fat or whatever in a bikini, if you think you look good in it, go for it! I may be a good bit overweight, but I still feel confident enough to wear one sometimes (as long as it's cut right on me). wider waistbands or shorts or ones with a skirt work great for me.

My surgery is next month, 7-22-15, and I am really looking forward to summer 2016.

Lookin' good girls. ^_^ I'm not quite brave enough to post anything that revealing yet, maybe post surgery when I have less to be self conscious about. Still, one day I will feel comfortable in a bikini...that is my ultimate goal =P

I am *so* jealous of you girls!! I'm working on my tummy by walking 2 miles each day, and surgery in Nov = looking forward to next swim season!! (pool or beach, either is good!)

I do have a bikini but I don't have a beach or a camera and I don't want to frighten anyone or send them into a state of shock

Clicking into this topic and whew!, it's hot ^__^ all you girls looking good. I do wear swimsuit to the beach sometime, only when there are not many people.

Today I purchased and wore my first bikini, which was on special sales.



Sea grasses transported from Chinese eastern coast has been a headache in beaches here.

Not feeling ready to post a pic, but I did find a good two piece at Kohl's on markdown and wore it to the beach at my hotel one of the days we were down Cape May. I took a friend's advice and wore Hurley's boardshorts over the briefs. That made things much easier and I thought it was a cool little look even if I'm large and mostly shapeless.

I do look like that, and it doesn't benefit my life in any way. It doesn't make me popular, rich, or even feel good about body. I still see the high forehead, and larger than average hands and feet and I feel like I look like a guy.

I have anxiety about my body. I watch my food carefully and adhere to my workout regimen because I'm anxious about gaining weight.

Well, guess I'll give it a shot.  My body hasn't changed that much since I'm only 4 months on HRT.  You'll notice by the lack of any boobies And living in dry Namibia, I'm very far away from a beach or pool so I just quickly shot myself in my room. Anyway, I don't (yet) own a full bikini so I went with what I had:


Me, on the other hand, have to gain some weight because I'm underweight.

  I'm not planning on getting my bum 'upgraded', but I still might post pics after I get back from my vacation in a few weeks.

Ok I'll bite - though in fairness it must be explained that the first picture is from late 1985 - this is what I looked like in my "first" post-srs season.


Out of honesty more recently in 2008 this what I looked like - also seen in this pic is my late partner of 25 years Alison



Finally that pool is worth a memorial - this is what I gave up and sold, in part to finance my medical degree. It was a fabulous place and I can only hope that one day when I am a consultant somewhere I may manage to have something similar again.

It is now the sales season for summer outfits. You can purchase bikinis at discounted price. In my case, bikinis usually cost above US$60, but mine was just US$20. I strongly urge you to purchase bikinis now.

Probably I am the first one here to post a bikini at the beach picture.
In the beach, I did not see any woman wearing bikini. I was the only one, and I guess that most women here are very nervous about their body shape.
