"When Chelsea Jade found a handsome hunk who didn't care that she had been born a boy, she thought her dreams had come true.

Then he revealed he wanted to be a woman, too.

Chelsea, 28, who started life as Jonathan, has been taking hormones to live as a woman for the last two years.

When she fell for strapping car salesman boyfriend Craig Spence last year, she thought her life was complete.

"I thought I'd met a guy and even though I was transgender, I could live my life normally and no one would have to know my past," she says."
