I've seen this advertise as hair removal. Something like Lazer. The unit says it's guaranteed. Seems very expensive at a cost of 300.00. Does anyone know or think it's worth the money to try. I'm now in search for a doctor to start HRT

Do you mean the "No!No!" ?

Never have personally, but there are a bunch of testimonial videos on youtube by people who apparently bought it. I haven't watched any of them and don't put stock in anything for perm hair removal outside of electro.
It's just a harmless nickname. Relax.

Read objective reviews carefully. Stay away from anything that might be publicity material from the vendor or manufacturer.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

Spend the money on electrolysis.  Awful reviews and no way on earth products like this ever work.  I'm surprised anyone buys crap like this.

It's a money back guarantee, not a guarantee that it works.  The usual scheme: sell crap that obviously doesn't work but fools enough dummies into buying it because it's "guaranteed", then make money from expensive "shipping and handling" costs that are never refunded.  Standard 2am infomercial tactics.

Literally never spend any money ever on anything that isn't electrolysis or laser.  End of story.

Thank you for the information. I will investigate the electrolytes or Lazer.

It's really just a fancy shaver, but it doesn't use blades.
