I think I may have been correctly gendered on the phone. I'm not really sure how this happened because my voice is not really passable yet and my speech are not always very feminine either. Could it be an error on the caller's part or is there a possibility that I "accidently slipped into a feminine voice for a few seconds. weird, I didn't think my voice was going anywhere really.

Practise makes perfect...

and the use of language... more indirect expressions like might... would you...
and a lot of intonation also make a difference  :)
