What is this guys problem

I went to a air show yesterday and this guy kept on staring looking at the planes one second then looking at me did this for 1 hour seriously but the looks weren't menacing or trying to figure out it got more strange he walked over talking to the guy next to me still looking at me I was like omg lol
Hugs I love you brothers and sisters just forgive this confused girl

Maybe he's just suffering from the same issue that plagues a large amount of straight, cisgender guys.
Which is, they can't keep their eyes off a beautiful woman.

Yep, giiirl he was checkin' you out. Lol, I know, it can get real creepy when they over-do it. I've found a lot of men probably aren't even cognizant that they're doing it.

Hah! Sometimes I still do this ->-bleeped-<-! It's more charming now, I think. Sometimes when I'm feeling... let's call it feeling Sgt. Pepper, or feeling Alice in Wonderland, I can do this for lengths of time that would be considered totally friggin' creepy in a normal context. But in that moment, I'm always surprised at how charming people find it.
