Trust me, you do not have to be terrified!  You have very feminine facial features (small chin; soft eyes; and kissable lips hehe)  You already look female to me and I'm not just saying it to make you feel better.  If I saw you on the street I would've identified you as a cute girl. HRT will do wonders for you.
