It was brought up in another thread that it may be helpful to have a thread strictly for reviews of online businesses that sell products for transfolks. We have plenty of reviews for the products themselves, but some of the commonly asked questions are about who to order from or what to expect after ordering. Narrative of your experience: I first ordered a mystery box from them. I don't know if they still do it, but it was basically a grab bag of random products totaling around $65 worth of stuff. It took over a month for these to be delivered. Apparently when I bought the first one, I automatically subscribed to a monthly order of this (which had not been my intention). They had issues cancelling the subscription and were extremely unhelpful. I ordered a few packers during a Black Friday sale and those arrived in good condition, but still more than a month after having placed the order. I did ultimately receive everything I ordered from them in the condition I expected it to be in.
Would you buy from them again?: No. There are sites with better prices, faster shipping, and better customer service.
Would you recommend them to other people?: No. Spend your money elsewhere.

Peecock Products
Customer service rating: 5 out of 5
Shipping rating: 3 out of 5
Narrative of your experience: I ordered a Gen 3 Peecock and harness from them. They sent the incorrect harness, but it worked just fine so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Shipping was close to $20 which is kind of insane for how small and not heavy the box is. They ship internationally though, so it is what it is. It took a week to get from Asia to the US east coast. There also wasn't a lot in the box protecting it from anything. The packer was inside a box, inside the box. For something that costs as much as it did and was traveling so far, some foam or a few air pockets would've been nice.
Would you buy from them again?: Not at the moment. The product I bought is decent, but the international shipping is too much.
Would you recommend them to other people?: Yes. As long as you've got time and money to spend on the shipping.
