Does anyone use Estrofem or Spiro-or both?-what results?

Spiro works well, and yes... is prescribed in the US.

Sure it is. It's sold as "Propecia" for hair loss, and "Proscar" (and generics) for prostate problems.

Estradiol 17B and finasteride are completely different drugs.
