This is something that I just thought about today... Is there any product to conceal the incision scars? Kind of like how a foundation covering up flaws but specifically for surgery scars?
I feel envious of those who had the keyhole/ peri type and it makes me feel sad that the double incision will always be there. So that's why I was thinking that even though it will always look unnatural, is there at least a way to use a sort of ''makeup" to cover up this type of flaw?
I am male because I say so and nothing more.
I don't have to look or act like one therefore.

Have you tried Dermablend? It's used to cover up severe acne scarring, birthmarks, tattoos, etc. I bet it would help a little w a top surgery scar as well.

No,  I haven't tried anything yet as this thought just popped up in my head. I  actually am not even applying any scar creams (consistently)for the healing anymore because I don't care about how it looks since I already am disappointed in needing a revision and the fact that I didn't see any difference of it lightening.  Thank you for letting me know about Dermablend though, I may try it. I am glad that it's waterproof.

I'd imagine you could probably use any kind of cover-up on it. It's just a matter of how well it'll hold up to the conditions. Heat and moisture being the biggest concerns. It'd be an expensive thing to maintain though. My girlfriend's concealer is at least $10 for a tiny bottle, and it's a cheaper brand I think.

Is it more you seeing them that bothers you, or other people seeing them? If it's the latter, you could always come up with a bunch of outlandish lies like I have :) Small children at the pool are nosy. So far I've told them I've been in a fight with a bear, crashed a helicopter, and had frostbite. Literally none of these things explain them, but it makes them shut up and move along.

I've thought about this, but have yet to try it, so if you do let us know how it goes. I'm pretty religious about using silicone scar treatments so that they stay as flat as possible, I plan on just having more added onto my chest tattoo so that it'll extend down and cover my scars
