Imagine the little girl from Despicable Me.... Does this count as annoying.....

anyway, Ive taken to dancing to hang out with my girl side and exercise at the same time

I crank the music and dance my ass off.... I LOVE IT!

did you hear how clear that was.... I LOVE IT>>>> :o

but I find that I "Interval Train"

one song of hard, heavy dancing, 1 song of brushing my hair....

yes I dance in front of a mirror.... dont you?

I dont got room to dance, only room with room, is acupied by a grumpy old half deaf man who watches tv with the volume up so high you can hear it upstairs over games. (thankfully i got a headset for it)

I so wish I could do that, moving my hips and legs and waist is sooo, theraputic for me. My dad gets anoyed at my energy, "its destracting" and thats just going to the kitchen to make coffee.

Ill give him his due, He did help me when My forms fell out and I had mucky gloves on due to garden work :). I got to settle for that as exercise.

I think its great, I find the workout routines soo much like hard work it takes the motivation away. But I can move my hips all night and all day if i got the chance.

anyway, back to your question.

If brushig your hair is relaxing, Id say it counts.

PS, Only chance I get to dance is after my dad goes to bed, And I do it in the dark, and that bright green light from the DVD player, Causes a shadow and I watch that. Not exacly a mirror but........

I spent alot of years in small spaces or apartments where I could not be loud or dance.

I finally live in a house where I can do it.... it will all come to you also
just takes time ;D

I could never imagine myself enjoying losing weight and exercising, Ive lost alot of weight
and it feels great

I also incorporate weights into my dance, I do squats, lunges, curls and other
arm moves to the beat. I looked up workouts for bigger butt and hips and make
sure I do those regularly.... and its working ^-^

Way to go Rita,

I love rocking out and dancing to music, you got it, great exercise too!

Before transition i would use the windows and sliding glass doors as mirrors to blur my image to something more comfortably feminine :D ;D

We also do square dancing with the Rose Town Ramblers a fabulous and fun LGBT group here.  And then there is our new Big Gay Skate Night for roller skating and some fast gliding fun.  Another great workout and stress buster if I don't crash.
Brushing my hair?  Well, occasionally :D
