I talked with my therapist some more and we both agree that it would be a good time to start.

So I just jumped back and forth talking to the insurance company and advocate health and howard brown.  For a while they basically just sent me in circles " Go talk to _____, where _______ would tell me to talk to _______ who would just send me back to ______ " 

Finally I talked to a wonderfully helpful person at Howard Brown again and got my appointment set up!  I had to switch primary care which I'm honestly a little iffy about, but if it's what I have to do to get this done then I'll deal with it.
