Only way I can say this is to say it. I find that I need ever more rigorous activity to achieve clitoral orgasms. It's to the point where the most intense vibrator you can find is not enough for me. Anyone else have this problem? I feel like the skin around my clitoris is much thicker now. Maybe that is the culprit. PreT I could get off pretty easily. Very frustrating to say the least.

That has been my experience. It also seems to take me longer than it did before.

This is happening with me as well. I never orgasmed until about 2-3 months on T (at the height of the libido increase), and it was great for a while, but it's dropping off now, like you said it takes more to get me there and sometimes its almost impossible. I also orgasm less often than before.

Good to know I'm not the only one. I wish I knew exactly why though...

Yeah, same for me. I think it's been a change in sensitivity, at least for me. Maybe the tissue has toughened up a bit? Pre-T I was hair trigger--like under a minute. Now I'm a good 5-10 and I need visual stimulation--daydreaming doesn't work AT ALL anymore.

I definitely have to have visual stimulation. I am one week out from a hysto and finally decided to see how it goes. External only. I don't know if its related but I seem to be able to get there faster now. Maybe it's because I couldn't do anything for a week.

Congraduations on getting a hysto, how is the recovery doing for you?  What procedure did you have? I agree that not doing anything for a week could have built up for a release.  How long you been on t?

Thanks. Recovery has been a breeze. Especially compared to top surgery last summer. I had a full laporoscopic. Went home the same day. I only needed pain meds for one day at home. They fill your stomach with gas to inflate everything so they can see better via the camera so you are extremely bloated for a few days. Honestly most of the pain was from gas. Anesthesia always makes you constipated too. I was driving by day 3. Back to work Tuesday. I found it all to be quite easy. I've been on T since April 24th of 2014.

Ugh you're preaching to the choir here.
I was always a very easy orgasmer before T
Like
A minute or two tops and I could be done, made for a very easy quickie before bed
Now I NEED visual and often audio stimulation to even get close, and it seems to take soo much longer.
Its almost impossible without a vibrator unless I'm willing to be there for AGES which I'm kind of not lol.

Mine takes a bit longer, but are WAY more intense and powerful than pre-T.  I agree an increase in visual stimulation is necessary (well, maybe not necessary, but I am definitely seeking it out more).  They say that males get more turned on by visual cues that any other (like reading erotica), than females.  Perhaps that is the change for us.  For me, it has always been the visual, but it is more now.

Another possibility could be the fact that with the growth ( at lest for me) the most sensitive area is now in constant contact with clothing ( underwear, boxers, pants ect...) so that could cut down on the actual sensitivity when you have some personal time?

I found this to be true in my case but If i really set my mind to It im gone in 60 seconds lol but I find now I have to have some audio or times get hard ( no pun intended) which never used to be a problem before.

Vibrators can be desensitizing, or at least you can kinda build up a tolerance to that particular type of stimulation. Take some time off and then when you start again, vary it- don't always rely on the vibe.

Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.

That's why uncircumcised guys are usually more sensitive than cut guys, so it makes sense that it could be part of the culprit in trans guys.

For me, I've always been one way or the other. Sometimes I'm VERY sensitive (sometimes so much that I can't even masturbate), and other times it's impossible no matter what I do. So it could also have something to do with hormones or something in the body being at different levels. Since I've started pumping, I have already noticed that my sensitivity has decreased a little bit. I've only been doing it a few weeks now, but it has grown quite a bit and definitely sticks out more where it could rub against my boxers. When it's still swollen from pumping, it definitely sticks out there and rubs, so I'm not really surprised by the change in sensitivity.

I've never really had much success from vibes, I don't really understand the appeal of them too much. :/ I'm sure I'll end up buying some kind of masturbater for transguys and hope that it works well enough to overcome the decrease in sensitivity from going on T.
