Um, hi, My name is Rena, I joined this forum at a friend's suggestion. I've already started transitioning, hormones (don't worry, from a doctor) and such. But I'm rather isolated, in terms of peers or people to talk to. I do have a supportive immediate family, but I need to be more open to the outside world. So, that's why I'm here, hope you all are doing alright and I think that is it. sorry for the short message.

I was in a similar place before I joined too having recently moved to a different state.
I hope you find the people here at Susan's as welcoming and supportive as I have.
And Cynthia is right just pick a topic you find interesting or have an opinion of and jump in but remember to have fun.

I am super glad you have a supportive family, not everyone does (like me -w-)
