In San Francisco there is a program called CHANGES   

Changes is a computer software program that helps homeless service providers reserve a shelter bed for a homeless persons in San Francisco.


This is how San Francisco's Human Services Agency describes the process of making a reservation through CHANGES:

it serves also as a database for health right 360 information as well. As far as I know.

This was my first baby step into letting everyone know I am a woman.

I went in to change my gender marker there at GLIDE and in 10 seconds flat I went from male to female.....

Wouldnt it be so keen if Transitioning  was the same LOL       

In my fictional kingdom (see below), children are considered neither Male nor Female. When they reached a certain age, they can choose what gender they want to be. Changing one's name would be free (save for the cost of printing a new ID card) and could be done online or in person.

Details: I created a fictional kingdom for a class project in 1996. I still refine the kingdom's map (this has been largely unchanged for 10 years), laws, etc...from time to time.
