sometimes in California, and a student expresses an opinion against
that, Gonzalez said, "That teacher as I understand it can sue or
file against that child for some kind of harassment."

He should have said as he spins it rather than how he understands it.  These people have no shame, it is no wonder we have to take such broad steps to protect our children from them.
