out of question do hormones shrink your feet at all. I wear a 9-9.5 men u.s. size and a 11 in woman.

Depends on the amount of fat on ones feet ? They may get smaller ?

I'm a size 9 uk which is us 11 ? I think. But I would look quiet odd with small feet, as I'm 5' 11"

I was size 9 mens and now I'm squarely size 9 women's after 9 months hormones.

How's that 9-9-9 for ya, lol.

Depends on the person/feet, I guess.  But I just had to buy men's running shoes (tired of the women's falling apart in a few weeks!) and needed 2 sizes smaller than I was pre-HRT. My shoes from before are also about that loose, these days; too bad, as I had a pair of combat boots I just loved.

I've dropped a shoe size since starting HRT, but to be fair I was relatively lucky to begin with.  I'm 5'9" and a womens size 6/7 shoe depending on style down from a definite 8.

I see you are in the UK, so that's about a size 10 to size 8-9 US. Not bad at all.

I dropped a shoe size. No clue what decreased to cause it, but I know I was a 12 before, and now I'm a comfortable 11(in many shoes).
