Can any one point me in a direction to voice recording software that will gave me a ideal of my voice range. Heh i'm having a hard time trying to find one.

iKate

I make my recordings on my iPhone and convert them to wav with audacity. Praat can then help me analyze them.

There is a software called overtone analyzer. You can record and directly see the results. Its shown as graphics.
Otherwise its possible to play a recording and see the result as graphics.
Traget levels can be marked.

You could look for spectrum analyzing programs...
