Hello,
I'm androgynous but would like to receive hormone therapy. The problem is a). I have no idea where to get the therapy (I live approximately 20 minutes south of Boston) and b). I never had a job and I'm currently looking for  one. The point: I can't afford it  :'(. If you could help me with any of the above, that would be a huge relief!

You'll want to get insurance probably before seeking trans therapy/care from a provider. Can you go on Obamacare? I have no experience with that, but I hear it's free for people who don't have or can't afford private insurance.

And check out Planned Parenthood for HRT possibly. It's a nationwide institution, and since it offers HRT here in NC, it should do the same up your way. And see if Massachusetts operates under the Informed Consent model...

I've heard great things about Fenway Health in Boston. They offer Informed Consent and I believe they do a sliding scale similar to Callen-Lorde in my area that costs next to nothing if your income is low enough. The Trans Health Program Information hotline can be reached at 875-313-6589.
