Okay so I live in Alabama and I don't know anyone transgender here. I am going through a very lonely time, just the fact that no one actually knows what I'm going through. Then I found this website and are a ton of people that are just like me! Well not just like me, but you know what I mean. A big Aussie welcome to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay for a while.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You're quite safe here and we are very accepting.

Well, one things for sure I won't hold it against you for living in Alabama. It can't be all that bad. Any place starting with an A has got to be good. Well Australia is; isn't it??

Another thing. There are plenty of people like you. I'm one. I walk with a limp and have a lisp.  The good thing about being in this family is the sun never sets on it. When all your friends are tucked in and asleep, us nutty Aussies are awake and terrifying the place. So no need to keep us up, we already are. We are quite capable of answering any question you ask. What time did you say it was.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.
