I have a really busy daily schedule and my body is starting to hurt from binding

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help me out here!
I'm 14 and have a pretty busy schedule, I go to school and most nights I have extra curriculars after school and some nights I head out with friends, on days such as this I wear my binder all day and it leaves my body aching once I take it off. I don't know what to do?
Is there anything I can wear apart from a binder while still being able to pass? I'm pretty flat chested but not enough that I could just wear a shirt by itself.

I've worn mine for upwards of 12 hours before. I'd be sore, but it wasn't unbearable.

In the mornings, I'd recommend getting dressed last. Do everything else you need to do to get out the door, and then get dressed. It'll give you a little more time out of the binder.

At school, take a break whenever one is offered and go to the bathroom to stretch and re-situate. Same with extra-curriculars. Don't be late to anything, but take as much time as is available to give yourself some extra comfort.

As far as alternatives, if you're fairly flat, they do make some pretty hardcore sports bras these days. Go look at a running store. That would probably get you fairly close to flat. Layering a sports bra with a tank top underneath another shirt would probably work. Tucking in the tank top would enable you to get pretty flat.

I've got no advice, unfortunately, because I've got the same problem! It sucks, right? Sometimes taking a minute in the bathroom to pull on my binder and lift it off my back and check helps.

I had the same thought.  I got tired of feeling like I couldn't get in enough oxygen due to binding which is why I switched to wearing an extra strong sports bra instead.  I experience minimal discomfort and can achieve a fairly flat chest with one from Underworks.  I've worn the bra for well over 12 hours without problems and can even walk and jog in them.  I have a C cup breast and while it doesn't flatten the chest completely, it can make them almost completely flat.  I'm sure since you're already small chested, you'll have better results.  I've had terrific results with this one ...  http://www.amazon.com/Underworks-MagiCotton-Sports-Binding-Minimizer/dp/B00I54X35C/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1443466535&sr=8-1&keywords=underworks+sports+bra

At the current time I just wear my binders longer than I should, but I did used to have VERY good luck with Underarmour sports bras. A friend of mine recently discovered them as well and he swears by them. They only work for A or smaller really, but perhaps you can try them?

If you can't find those there are lots of other sports bras out there that work, If you can find high impact ones that don't have cups those are best but I tend to only be able to find mid-impact ones without cups. You can go to a local sporting goods store to try a ton on if you're unsure which brand would be best.

I take 'bathroom' breaks and just loosen things if I can. If you can just free yourself for a couple minutes and breathe deep it helps stretch the muscles I cramp up when binding XD
