It went very well.

We haven't gotten to the point where a full diagnosis is possible, but she said at the end of the session that she agrees I am most likely a transsexual. I was amazed how comfortable I was "baring my soul" to this complete stranger, I could talk about all sorts of embarrassing things without any problem, so I think she's a good fit. It was funny how when she asked if I felt like I wanted to medically transition, I felt, and said, that part of me wants to say I haven't decided yet, and another part of me wants to say I know exactly what I want, I'm just too scared to say it. She accepted that without comment. All in all a good start.

Great news, time will tell if this a good fit for you, I hope it does.
Just to clarify, not a personal or medical judgement
Transsexual is post- operative, Transgender is  pre- operative, my understanding, I could be wrong.
Your maybe Transgender then?
