So, I have my own startup in Asia, i've been working with my team for years. There's a lot of information about coming out at work, and how to deal with supervisors and colleagues...but what if you're the boss? How do you handle changes in team dynamic? What about respect? These things can be crucial to a startup and can, very often be the cause of success or failure of your venture. I'd love to see more information on how to handle things from that perspective.

I'm sure some things will be easier...but I can imagine it comes with its own set of problems when you also have as many more responsibilities.

Hi Yokosoko,

I was running a small startup here in Thailand, as shy as I was about it, I had absolutely no problems coming out to staff and colleagues in Thailand.

Taylor.

oh cool! i'm currently in the Philippines, so I imagine it will be similar, as Thailand has a culture of TG & TV. My big concern though is i might be moving to Indonesia, which is predominantly muslim, and considerably more conservative. I'm wondering wether I might have issues there....
