Wisconsin Lawmakers Move To Ban Transgender Students From Using Bathroom Of The Opposite Sex

http://dailycaller.com/2015/10/08/wisconsin-lawmakers-move-to-ban-transgender-students-from-using-bathroom-of-the-opposite-sex/

The Daily Caller/By David Hookstead 10:42 AM 10/08/2015

"Wisconsin lawmakers proposed a measure that would require transgender students to use the bathroom that corresponds with their biological sex.

The bill, proposed by state Rep. Jesse Kremer and Sen. Steve Nass would require school districts to make bathrooms exclusively for one gender, according to local Madison news Channel3000."

::) How many more of these "bills" are we going to take? I for one am sick of them and something that involves going to the supreme court and white house needs to be done to make it illegal to create or propose and what not such a bill as this one.

I always wonder about what images they might have on their hard drives.

Alas, there is a case working its way through federal court and it looks like it's not going to go our way. That would be a disaster.

I'm not especially worried about that one, other than for the sake of the poor guy going through that horrible ordeal just to use the right bathroom. This is only a case at the district level, and the judge's comments have been pretty out of touch. I'm going to wait until the appellate level before I start to panic on that one.

Because most cisgender people assume that they're going to be assaulted by a transgender person in the bathrooms, even though in reality, it's actually the other way around. I remember hearing a story where a cis woman sexually assaulted a trans woman in order to "make sure they were a real woman" and not a predator.

Y'know, because women can't be predators. And everyone knows that a good crotch grab is the #1 best method of identifying sexual predators.

Yes. Apparently we are all rapist child molesters, and will stop at nothing to gratify our sexual desires at the expense of the poor cis people.

Come on. Other than the people who think it's a good idea to use the bathroom to smoke or make out, we all go there to relieve ourselves. That's why it's the bathroom, not the rape dungeon.
It's a puzzle, because technically I'm still not alive.

:( this is terrible. What about us? It's dangerous to be in a bathroom full of men all on our own :/ this is crazy.

I have yet to hear about a trans girl assaulting a cis girl in a bathroom. It is usually the other way around.
