Hi, I'm a post op patient two years out. I've been unable to orgasm post op. My surgeon, recommended 2% testosterone cream. So I had my doctor write me a script. I'm just a little nervous to use it. I'm worried about hair growth and voice deepening. As of now, I developed without facial hair and my voice never dropped throughout puberty. I'm now 25 years old. So I'm just worried that the use of testosterone will impact me negatively in that regard. My doctor wasn't really able to address this concern with me, and my surgeon presents with an I could care less attitude.

Any advice? I just want to orgasm.

I don't think it will be enough to cause any of those things that you are afraid of. Pretty much your T level should be the same as cis woman or even lower now that you are post. Think about this, how much T does the FTM people have to take, way more than just the cream. So don't worry youself about it.

Cis women produce T in their adrenal glands and their ovaries; after GRS we only do so in the adrenal glands. So it stands to reason that the *average* post-op trans woman has less T in her body than the average cis woman. With that said, there's no guarantees about a specific body, and if you're concerned you should have your T levels tested before this experiment. If you're in the very low range for a cis female, odds are good that bumping it up slightly won't do anything to masculinize you (and you can retest after a month or three on the new regimen, too).
