To the wonderful people at Susans.org, I want to thank you.  Several years ago when I began my transition and searched for my identity, I used your resources to help answer questions, normalize my existence, and even generate a level of empathy for helping other gender and sexual diverse individuals.

I am visibly out transgender woman of 41 (tomorrow) years.  Aside my day job (Information Technology), I am a 'Dad' and 'Wife' to my two favorite people.

I also serve as a community and workplace advocate for inclusion and diversity and am happy to be here today on these boards as I look to help others and 'refine' my own needs.

*hugs and love*

Hi Kibi,

A big Aussie welcome back to Susan's family. It's good of you to drop in and say "Hi". Hope you like it here, and you stay a while longer.

There is a mountain of information, resources and friendship you already know waiting for you here, you just need to jump in start talking and ask any question you like. You know the ropes. Devlyn is the bus driver who'll pick you up shortly. Cakes and tea are in the cupboard.

Great to hear your success story and Susan created the safe and informed environment to launch you from. Three cheers for Susan.

Looking forward to hearing more of your story in time to come, but in the meantime, be safe, well and happy.

Lotsa huggs
Catherine
