I need a new roommate by the 4th of November

Due to some rather rapidly moving events, I am in need of someone to take the place of my current roommate when she moves out.

The apartment is in Beaverton, just off of the Millikan Way MAX station.

I am a quiet, reserved artist working a full time job. I mostly keep to myself in my room and sometimes cook for everyone in the house

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to what I'm looking for: Someone with a full employment, trans/queer friendly, quiet on weeknights, and okay with cats.

Pets are allowed, but the apartment does not allow smoking indoors.

Your share of rent would be $450 + utilities. Which includes water, sewer, garbage, electricity, and Internet. Any deposits would be determined by management, if any at all.
