As the title says, I recently learned about this when I thought it could just be done with nipples to even out the coloring (which I also need)

I have not, but I'd be interested to see if it you find any examples. I'm planning to just get a regular tattoo over mine closer to a year post-op. I just want to make sure I don't want a revision first.

Agreed. I've been looking into this as well (and posted recently about it as well). There doesn't seem to be a lot of info out there about it so I just plan to ask around until I find a tattoo artist comfortable with it. I've heard there is a difference in how scarred skin takes the ink so I want to ensure the artist has done scar work before.
