Hang in there and be prudent.  The dysphoria will ebb and flo, you're just in a tough spot.  I've dealt with dysphoria for over 40 years.  Are you getting counseling?

Please hang in there. I've been dealing with dysphoria all my life. I'm 56 now. I have learned to deal with the highs and lows, and I know the lows can be very deep. Please do not give up. Everybody on this forum has had the same feelings you are now having. There is nothing wrong with you so please keep talking. We are all listening.
I don't have a gender issue.
I love being a girl.

I know it sounds trite, but: it will get better. And there will be low points. But don't give up. Dysphoria can be combatted. Every minute you keep going is a win.

Don't give up. It may be tough, but you can pull through it. Just concentrate on the little things.

Melissa,

I think many of us have been there. I have been on that edge many times. I cannot say I know what you are going through because like everything else, all is very personal and different for each individual. However, as a(as of today) human that has been around for 51 years, I have experienced that feeling more than once.

I can't tell you what to do. I can request you stick around for others and fake it till you make it. I believe we can all find a way through this. Sometimes we just need help.

I hope you take the other's advice and we see you about.

With warmth,

Joanna
