I'm not sure if I put this in the right subject but.. I really need help in finding out how to change my name legally to Nathan. I know you can do it by deed poll but I'm really in the dark about how I would get the process started. My social worker said that I just need to get the forms so they can send it off.

Deed poll is the way to do it. Use the official forms and get it registered in the courts.

Just talk to a lawyer. They will do all the paperwork and have you sign on the dotted line. It is quick and easy.

Just thought I'd give you an update.
I saw my social worker and we p much chatted about how it would be done and such. So far it's looking good! She just needs to print the forms out and send them to me so I can go through with it.

Already on the waiting list at the gender clinic (not sure of the name tho)

Yup! Marvel is my jam too. The movies are super fun, and I've officially read way too many Iron Man comics. Like, hundreds and hundreds. It's a little embarrassing. I love them, though.

atm I've got the following comics from the library: she-hulk, captain america & bucky, the amazing spiderman. I've watched more films than read the comics tbh

I just want to add something about the deed poll. Make sure you get a few certified copies along with the original so you can send to multiple organisations at once if you are wanting to speed things along a bit.
