I personally do not tuck in the "traditional" sense. I wear tighter underwear and just kind of push everything down and between my thighs. I do have to kind of readjust every now and then, especially if I move around a lot or take too long of a step, but it works for me, for now. I've tried tucking my berries up into the sockets you are talking about, but find it uncomfortable and some what painful. Most people experience this discomfort at first and get used to it, but I never did so I stopped trying. However, I've found a few ways around the whole tucking thing.
First, as I said, I just kind of tuck everything between my legs. It was a little odd at first, but I got used to it pretty quickly. The only draw back I've noticed is that I have to be mindful of how I sit as with where everything is sitting certain ways puts all of my weight in that general area and everything feels like its getting, well, crushed. Also, as I said above, I have to readjust everything every so often, but again, it works for me.
If you wear a dress or a skirt, it helps too, especially things like pleated skirts. The pleats make the skirt take a shape that kind of helps mask whatever non-feminine bulge that may be present. You can also try the pads that women use for their "time of the month". I tried this once with marginal results, but the pads I had access to are very thin, so maybe the thicker ones might help? You wouldn't place them were they technically should go, but rather more in the front area.
Hope this helps.
