Tony Perkins: Trans People Will Try To Go To Jail For 'Free Surgery'

by Isabel Carter-Kahn on Friday, 10/23/2015

Perkins noted that a transgender-rights activist said that this law is especially meaningful because transgender people are incarcerated at six times the rate of the general population. "I can assure you it's about to be more, once they know that they can get free surgery," Perkins predicted.

This crosses the line into hilarious to me. What trans woman can resist all the perks of being literally imprisoned? Jesus H. Christ. What a riot.

Who is Tony Perkins?  Anyway, these people are beyond hope.  They live in some alien bizzaro world all of their own.

Maybe they are really the reptilians here to overthrow humanity.  LOL

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

Anyone stop and think how sad it is that most trans people would have to go to prison to get their basic health care needs met instead of having it covered by insurance like anyone else?

I mean obviously Perkins is a special kind of moron, but there's a commentary there that needs more exposure.

I worked in a prison for 30 years. I wouldn't have changed places with any of them for a minute for any reason! Definitely the law of the jungle prevails behind bars especially if you are weak, a first timer and have no friends behind the bars! Lord help anyone who was slightly effeminate!

Clare

I don't think so, unless it keeps me from landing on a hotel...
