"Over the course of two years, What I'm Made Of follows a group of transgender teenagers under the care of groundbreaking pediatrician Dr. Michelle Forcier as they transition, watching as they make serious medical decisions, adapt to changing bodies, contemplate coming out, and engage in the daunting task of self-definition.
By telling personal stories, What I'm Made Of hopes to increase awareness, inspire new attitudes toward medical care for youth, and advance social justice. At the same time, it will challenge deeply held beliefs about what defines male and female and demand that audiences rethink their own identities in surprising ways.
The film is currently in production with an anticipated release in early 2016."
