Hi im looking for more infos about brassard and supporn since im planing my srs surgery. Firstly id like to say that im owner of not a big penis. Its about 6,5 cm/ 12 erect (Im 20 yo and 3 years on hrt). I was thinking about Brassard since his surgery seems to be less painfully then suporn ones (1 week recovery, shorter dilation scheldue, 2h of surgery). But recently i saw photo of his job, the one that you can see on transbhucket.. No labia minora/ nor visible clitoris. I was thinking about suporn cause i liked his job on Danielle Foxx. Btw im mostly care about the sensations, cause i want to have the ability to reach orgasm after the surgery. The look is the second thing, and the depth third. I would be really happy with like 15cm of depth. Please tell me what do you guys think/share your knowlege with me. Thanks!

oh and i heard with suporn u need to do 2 surgeries, since one isnt enought. Is that true?

Imo Brassard aims for consistency with kind of a streamlined process...

with Suporn revisions are included... and not everyone does or needs a revision...
recovery time is about 30 days in thailand so in case of any occurences corrections might be possible...

Brassard really does it in 2 hours? and I wouldn't put to much into those recovery times, can take up to a year for swelling and scar tissue to resolve.

p.s Danielle Foxx's does like good, but remember what it ends up looking like has as much to do with your body as it does the surgeon.

Its very rare for Suporn's surgery to actually require a revision, but he offers them for free and does a good job of it, so why not? I'd do it even it I didn't need it. There's some standard revisions that cannot be done in the initial SRS, in particular the forchette, and he fixes this up nicely. I may be wrong, but I doubt any surgeon can do this during SRS, and with Suporn you have to wait at least a year.

Suporn has a high rate of revision while you're in Thailand for a month, but I don't think it would be correct to view these as revisions in the normal sense. They are part of the SRS. His technique is very complex and its a consequence of that. Recovery is also much longer than any other surgeon for the same reason. I'd hope (and I believe) that there's a good reason he does all this, and that it shows up in the actual long term end result.

The porn actress Mia Fever is a Brassard graduate, and has a nice result. I've never seen a good closeup from her though.

There's quite a number of Suporn results published, and a (very) few Brassard. You can find them if you spend enough time looking. Personally I very much prefer Suporn.

I chose Dr Brassard due to reputation, good comments from other Brassard girls, and because of the aftercare provided. I did find some photos online from Dr Brassard's work a long time ago too, and that looked very promising.

The additional risks of GRS in Thailand was not appealing at all either. So much so that Thailand was crossed off my list early. Even though it's a darn site easier for me to get to, being from Australia.

And now I'm a very happy Brassard girl. I'm well proportioned, and have full sensation. Although I'm yet to take her for a spin hehe. I've no doubt that I'll be taken for cis down there once everything heals fully. The comments I've had so far from doctors are very positive, they're impressed with the work.

Brassard definitely prefers to make small inner labia with nicely shaped and closed outer labia (and in what I've seen in photos, Suporn prefers large inner labia but smaller/less well-defined outer labia). He usually gives 5.5" of depth; anything left over after that is used to improve the aesthetics. The only woman while I was there who needed a skin graft to achieve that 5.5" depth had less than 1" erect.

I have very tidy inner labia and a clitoris that is only visible when they and the hood are pulled back, which I'm fine with. I had a gynecologist take me for a cis woman with a hysterectomy, too.  As for orgasmic, I had my first orgasm in my sleep 3 weeks after surgery. It took me a few more months to figure out how to do it while awake, but that was my fault, not my body's - I had to get the hang of the new erogenous zones.

And yes, my surgery took about 2 hours. Less time under anesthesia + less time in the stirrups = lower risk and easier recovery.

Laura, as far as I know (and Brassard/Belanger told me) they do NOT work on two people in the same operating room. It's definitely only one patient at a time, although they do each generally do a specific set of tasks on that patient.
