Probably 12 or maybe 14 depending on the brand.

Love is not obedience, conformity, or submission. It is a counterfeit love that is contingent upon authority, punishment, or reward. True love is respect and admiration, compassion and kindness, freely given by a healthy, unafraid human being....  - Dan Barker

I looked for a size chart online - Topshop's one (here) has you at a UK 14/ US 10. That chart also has european conversions.

Shops/ brands do vary tho so you might have to try on in the shop/ look up the chart for the shop or brand you're buying from.

every one is a little different. but for frame of reference I wear a 31", 32" waist in mens Levi's 505's. Girls jeans 8 or 10 depending on cut and brand. that's U.S. sizes. best to try some on. not sure where your at on your journey but early on when shopping in guy mode I would pick out several styles and carry them around to the men's changing rooms to try on. no one every gave me a problem. have fun shopping!

You could have a look here:

You might have a look at second hand stores.
You could try out a few items there and take along one or two in your size.

I haven't experienced pant sizing yet, but I've been told a good jumping off point is to take your men's size in inches and subtract 22 to get your women's size.  Obviously take into account there may be variations due to body shape and brands.  Use that to start and just go try a pair or two on.

Take your men's size - (22 or 23 whichever makes the sum an even number) 32-22 = size 10 (usually 8-10)
I wear a size 6 usually, so my men's size would be 28 or 29. It used to be 33-34 before I lost a bunch of weight.

Unless you're shopping at Chicos that has special sizing. And just pay attention to online reviews that state how true to size different pairs even from the same brands are. If you don't look at the reviews, sizing standards for women's clothes are pretty atrocious. There are historical reasons for it, but that's a long long discussion about the history of clothes production.

I am almost exactly your size, and I fit four sizes of jeans! It really depends on the fit, but generally you want tighter because if you are wearing them higher (as a girl) they stretch and are harder to wear multiple days in a row. So I would go with 10/11 (most recommended) and if you like them looser then a 12/13. I have worn all of these sizes (note: all US sizes!)
Just trying to share the love <3!
