I had a bit of a euphoria attack today, and I realized it was about 40% wishing I were female/ agonizing that I wouldn't be like the women I see around me. And 60% wondering what I could possibly do about it without thoroughly screwing up my life/ wishing I were normal. Has anyone else had this?

Also, it seems like having less stress makes it worse. I had a big job interview on on Monday, and I think I did well. Starting today the dysphora was worse than its been in a couple of weeks. Has anyone else experienced this?

To a large degree yes. Tho I am rather set on transitioning with few doubts (said few) when I moved from Petawawa to Winnipeg I was thinking less of the transition part until I moved. Even then I had some burning feelings but it wasn't as consuming. Consuming is probably a better word for it for me

I thrived on keeping busy just to hide the truth and i was successful for years. I am not surprized one bit that you or anyone else feels better when staying busy. When someone is busy it is impossible to soul search and find yourself. I assume that this is one reason for so many divorces. Certainly had an impact on mine.
