"THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : In a landmark development, Kerala released its Transgender Policy at the International Conference on Gender Equality (ICGE) at Kovalam on Thursday.

The policy envisages setting up a Transgender Justice Board and ensuring equal rights and protection to the transgender community by providing a gender identity certificate. "
