So this is it.I have reached a pretty good female hormone level,my appearance is good enought to go stealth,i became brave enought cut off my relationships with my past and my not supportive parents, i finished college.I am doing practice.As a result the surgery is more than required.

HOWEVER, the big question remains.Bowers, or Brassard.Anyway, i 'think' my final decision is Bowers.I need though,information about apperance and orgasm potential from people who had surgery with Ms Bowers.Please be honest.Thank you in advance:)

I don't think you can go wrong either way.  I choose Marci because I seemed to connect with her better.  I had met both Marci and Dr Brassard multiple times at conferences so I had a pretty good feeling for both.  They also use very similar techniques.  That said I think the post-op care is probably better in Montreal.  In Trinidad you're on a regular Med-Surg floor with other patients, whereas in Montreal you are in a dedicated recovery facility.  In Trinidad the nurses deal with everything under the sun, whereas in Montreal SRS (and associated procedures) is all they do.  The one downside to Montreal is the language barrier, but all the people I know who have been there managed quite well.

I'm very happy with my result from Dr Bowers, but either way you can't go wrong.

Brassard is very meticulous and has good bedside manner :-).
I've heard to so good things from so Thai surgeons.
At least in Quebec, if something happens, I'll be minutes away
from a hospital where my medical care is covered.

i had grs with dr. bowers last august.  i'm very, very, very happy with my results.  she's a terrific surgeon & a wonderful person.  my vagina is perfectly normal in appearance & the entire plumbing does its job to "get you there"

Back to the topic, I want to be a Bowers girl.  One of my closest friends had her surgery there this past year.  I've been astounded at the results.  They are just beautiful.
