I used to be 5'-11.5"  now Im just over 5' 9"

I didnt realize that had even happened....

Ive been on a serious weight loss regimen, but havent weighed myself in 6 weeks, I was doing it several times a day
and realized it was a bad idea
I dance a least a couple hours every day, slow, fast, lots of belly and hip gyrations, I try and mix it up sort of like interval training, slow then fast then slow

Ive dropped from a size 28 to a size 22 and those are looser today than 2 days ago, 18 is my current goal
however, I feel like as I lose, my face is losing its "round softness" that I so loved, and my "junk" area is also becoming more prominent which I definitely do not like :'(
The boobs are not getting smaller though, they actually look bigger as my belly/ab area gets smaller. My under boob vs across nips.... is now 7 inches difference, used to be 3. I fit very well into a D cup

My feet have gotten a bit smaller and cuter ::)

My shoulders have narrowed, and feel more comfortable "rolled back" and my boobs look better that way

Seems like the fat from under my bust and saddlebags is moving to my hips, but I am also working out my legs, hips, etc.... trying to get them bigger so I dont look top heavy as I did before. I also do hours of stretching in dance form working every inch of my body, concentrating on forming it how I want.

Pelvis is tilting and I like how that looks and feels, butt is bigger due to that and my exercise routine

My skin is much softer, its thinner looking as well

The epilator has done me some good, the hair on feet and hands is gone now... arms are almost complete. Chest is challenging, but improving as is the back. Legs are fighting me too, but I have been dealing with KP which stopped my hair removal for a couple weeks. Im getting it under control with Amlactin lotion and Dove body wash. I also gave up ALL smelly creams, lotions and potions.... that was hard as I love to smell good. But they were irritating and drying me out

Ive been using Aveeno shave cream which is "formulated to help you shave less often" ... well, I still shave every day, but it takes less foundation to cover it up now, been using it for about 6 weeks as well. But I think all body hair is slowing down, head hair seems to be growing in and looks fuller every couple days though Im afraid to take pics to prove it as I could be full of ->-bleeped-<- :o  Ive been using coconut oil and lemon juice every other day and I swear its growing faster

sex drive is going away which I dont like, I want to be a slutty promiscuous girl who loves getting it

Mentally Im a emotional roller coaster thats coming off the tracks, but Im maintaining, my marriage could be suffering though and days I feel like throwing it all away. But I am having more good days or "girl days" and thats a good thing

Im really 3 months or so into my "program" ... its not your typical HRT, but for me its working and thats all that matters

My wife has been taking a 4 view (front back sides) pics of me every couple days in the same location, sort of a pic diary... Im not allowed to see them as my dysphoria can stop me in my tracks. But she marvels at the progress, some day I will enjoy looking at them and seeing how far Ive come

I just have trouble trusting what I think i see....

Its funny because every time I tell my wife something I notice, I always preface it with.... "I know I could be crazy, delusional or have a brain tumor, but...."

???

Our progress seems to come in little patches, so hang in there, I know you are struggling, but its not a quick or even steady process, it ebbs and flows, but always moves forward, even if slightly

after dancing so much for the last 3-4 months, maybe I will make that my new profession....

****finger on chin, eyes rolled****   stripper pole in thought bubble

Losing height may be the result of hip rotation and posture changes. I went from 5'8" to 5'6".

Happened to me too, I went from 6'7" to 6'5¼", so almost 2".
